Head hunting is now a serious business. 'Clever heads' make money and garner success. Hunting for minds is a way to learn human psychology. Have you ever thought that one day you will be headhunted? Are you being headhunted now?

I don't see anything wrong in headhunting, it's business, healthy competition, why not! Well, I think it's too early for me to think about that but I guess if you're headhunted....h'm, that means you're competitive, highly skilled and promising.

I agree with Lovefootball, I think sometimes headhunting can be necessary for people who don't have time to look for job opportunities and head hunter can select offers suitable for them.

Still it's a matter of mere luck to some extent...That's what I don't like, I mean being a true professional, able to work and bring benefits doesn't guarantee a stable position and a job of your dream. A lot of world-famous models and actors repeat again and again that their status is the result of "being at the right place and at the right time". But at the same time headhunting is akin to art and a skillfull master who has "proper" acquaintances and contacts can almost go to the end of the earth to get a needed specialist! H'm, and what training must future headhunters go through?

As for me, I want to be headhunted in the good meaning of the word biggrin I think it`s really prestigious to be so clever and competent that many people want your "head". You are popular, you are respected, you get good money. What can be better?

Almost everybody wants to be headhunted, me too smile I thought that this topic is about trying to make people accept your own ideas (Hunting for Minds). But this is theme is much more interesting smile I hope that in future I'll be a very good specialist and every employee will try to invite me to his business. Mmm, sweet dreams... smile To begin our career with we must work a lot for free smile
