EFL students and the Internet

1. How often do you use the Internet to do your homework?
2. Should EFL students use the Internet more? Why?
3. Imagine there were no Internet. Would it be more difficult for you to study?

1. Every day.
2. I think EFL students should the I-net on the level we use it for our studies on our site.
3. Yes, it would be more difficult to find necessary information.
4. Mostly English in social nets, on forums, and mostly Russian in the ICQ, E-Mails.
5. I work on our site, chat with friends and have a fun.

2. I don't think so, some groups do not use the internet only when they need to copy something off.
3. Yes, I will spend hours in the library.
4. English, but only for the purpose of doing homework.

1.Almost every time I have any possibility to do it.
2.Yes, they should, because only there they can find a great deal of info in the language they learn.
3.Imagine there were no electricity. Would it be more difficult for you to live? As Irina that lives today, I answer”YES”. As Irina that lives in the world without the Internet and electricity, I answer “What are you talking about? I'm quite satisfied with my life and know nothing about the things you mention”...
4.Russian and English. Russian for communication with my friends, English – for all other purposes.
5.An an EFL students I use the Internet for Education, Finding info and Loafing about))))

Actually I think that Internet is a very useful thing in our life, especially when we get prepared to our home assignments. I use Internet doing my French and English lessons and use good dictionaries there. I think that without Internet my life will be more difficult, because I can find there a lot of useful information and to communicate with my friends and acquaintances, but I can say that there a lot of minuses in this very Internet. First of all it takes a lot of free time and it is harmful for school children, because for children it is the device for games and entartainment.

I wouldn't say that. I guess, it depends. On a child, first of all. I really don't think students are much wiser when it comes to using the Net.
