Punctuation in Object Clauses - I think that I am happy!

When we write compound sentences with the object clause, we mustn't use a comma. Study these examples:
I think that I am happy.
I believe that we will never be friends.
Tell me what you want!
I guess it will be useful.
I guess he'll be here soon.

Similar syntactical patterns in the Russian language require the use of the comma, for example:
Я думаю, что я счастлив!
So, this is a case of language interference! This is almost an inborn language feature, that's why it's difficult to get rid of it.
