| 'It raises not childish questions'.
There is a grammar mistake in the sentence.
Sometimes the context requires the use of negation beyond the predicate. In this case Russian speakers tend to rely on the Russian syntactical patterns which are often in disagreement with the English ones. E.g.
"Это поднимает совсем недетские вопросы".
"Он говорил какие-то несерьезные вещи".
It is wrong to translate using the Russian syntax:
'It raises not childish questions.'
'He said some not serious things'.
These are translation traps and these are real mistakes.
To render the same meanings in English, you need other patterns, e.g.:
It raises unchildish questions.
It raises serious adult questions.
It doesn't raise only childish questions.
The questions raised aren't childish.
He said some silly things.
What he said wasn't serious at all.
