I'd better do it or I'd better not do it

'I'd better do it'or 'I'd better not do it'.
This pattern doesn't allow the use of the particle 'to' in front of the infinitive. Just remember it.
So, this sentence contains the mistake:
'If you dont believe in God, you'd better not to criticize it and those people who are religious.'
This is a basic pattern and isn't difficult to remember.
