Dear Netters!
It's important to remember that when you use such verbs as to look, to smell, to sound, to seem, to appear, to taste, to feel, to be as auxiliary verbs in the function of part of a nomincative predicate, you ought to use an adjective after it. E.g.:
- She looks so nice!
- They sound convincing!
- It seems natural!
- It looks perfect!
- It sound pleasant!
- I feel sad.
- It's really awful!

In all of these cases, the verbs are part of the nominative predicate and the meaning is expressed by the following adjectives.
However, in Russian this structure requires the use of adverbs. So, it is another case of interlingual interference.
So, in the sentence below the authour ought to have used the adjective 'perfect' instead of the adverb 'perfectly'.
'If she looks perfectly ,she has a big chance to be noticed by a man. '
