I think we need it sometimes. When animals suffer and people can't do anything. We haven't another choise. Also people can do it when animals too agressive .
I think you are wrong. Agressive pets are consequence of bad teaching. The animals aren't guilty so i think we can't kill them
I think we must do it sometimes. Some animals can be agressive and dangerous for people even they had a good teaching. We can't guess what an animal will do in next minute.
