Sometimes silence is really very useful. We can relax and order our thoughts and think about life things. But when it's silence because of quarrel in the family, nothing can be more difficult. Some people feel ok but as far as I'm concerned, I can't bear it more then one hour. Firstly I feel angry and dislike everything around, I even can't talk with anyone but later I start to realize the situation and even can break the silence myself even if I'm right.

And what do you think about if somebody is very upset and doesn't want to talk?

So I can't be silent for a long time.

Can you quickly forgive and not to get angry for a long time? Do you always ask for forgiveness first?
