In any case, it is an urgent problem which requires a lot of solutions. To lose weight is not an easy task, as it may seem to those who have never tried to do. Frankly speaking, a diet will not solve the problem. The process requires your strong will and the use of a variety of activities.

First of all,it's important to say that beauty is not only in a beautiful appearance. To make your body better you should take care of your mind. So eating nothing you can't become thinner and stronger. You'll only kill your own health. I know three basic rules to become better : - eat healthy food, - spend a lot of time in gym or running, swimming, playing different games and - certainly, love yourself)

Everybody dreams of having a slim and elastic body. But how much are you ready to do for your dream? It`s a hard and laborious work. It`s not enough to eat less or visit a gym only once a week. You have to keep to a diet permanently and practise in gym at least thrice a week. Besides, don`t forget adout jogging every morning. What is more, you have to keep these rules even after you obtained a figure of your dream. Unwanted kilos return very quickly. As for me, I don`t eat fat food and do physical exercises every day to stay slim. Fresh fruits also help me to be beautiful smile

Many women try to have a beautiful body and they achieve their aims different ways! but some of these way are fatal!!! For example bulimia! I know a lot of cases when a young and attractive girls die from this! It's terrible! And i also think that diets are very dangerous! you should consult a specialist and only then you can risk to keep to a diet! In short, I'm all arms and legs for sports!

Many athletes believe they need a high protein diet to fuel their muscles. Most research, however, doesn't support the idea that athletes require massive amounts of protein in their diets.
The popularity of high protein diets goes beyond athletes to those looking for fas eight loss. High protein diets that exclude carbohydrate and cut calories often show a large initial eight loss due to the water loss that occurs with muscle glycogen depletion. If you perform high intensity or endurance training you probably know that glycogen depletion is one of the reasons athletes 'bonk' or 'hit the wall' in endurance competition. Without enough easy to access energy, in the form of glycogen, we simply run out of fuel.

Glycogen is the stored energy in muscle, and it helps muscles retain water. This combination is critical for high intensity athletic performance. Depleting these energy stores is hardly something that will improve athletic performance. For a more details about the nutrient needs and the best fuel for endurance exercise, read Eating for Exercise.

Friendly speaking, I can't keep a diet! So, the best compromise for me is going in for sport! Of course, if you can say "No" to candies, chocolate or late dinners - fine! It will be easier for you to lose weight. But without regular physical exercises it will be useless. So, your choice: either diet+physical exercises or more physical exercises but no diet. Choose what is better for you and make your body perfect!

As for my eating and drinking habits, I can tell that I’m not into sweets and as most men think that chocolate is nothing else but a kind of sweets. I dislike any kinds of rolls, buns, cakes and pies. But I’m into hot Mexican and Chinese food, hot pizzas, chilly and sushi. In the end I should mention that we always should remember that we eat to live but not live to eat.

Today's generation just goes crazy with ideas to lose weight and become like ugly stupid ideals forced upon us. I think people should be such as they are born. After all, everyone has his own beautiful and the same people do not exist. But of course you need to maintain yourself in good physical shape. SPORT HELPS us to be fit. But NO DIET)

I don't think so)
I'm sure that ideals that are grafted to us today, especially to girls, are terrible and completely unnecessary.

FoxyT, if they were really ugly and stupid, why would anybody like them?! And you say, they are ideals. Controversial. And obviously not true (either the dact they're models to follow, or the fact they're that bad). Do you still disagree with me?

Every person has his own opinion.
I have no desire to argue with you)
But how could it be otherwise, if,firstly, every girl since childhood looks at these ideals and understands that she is not like them. And secondly, this is a means of "information warfare", isn't it?
Anyway, the theme is about sport)

You could have a look at other topics here, in the forum. They are never linear. And usually they go far beyond the theme under discussion. Just because we don't have linear thinking. So, as for me, it's absolutely fine to continue our discussion here. Probably, we'll return to sport and diets, who knows.

Secondly, I did not inted to argue with you. For me it was more a discussion. I am strongly convinced that discussion is the most useful means of finding the truth.

And again about our "discussion". I do agree that ideals are forced upon us and that girls feels like "Ah, I'm not good and beautiful enough". At the same time, these "ideals" are really gorgeous, so that people WANT to be like them. What do you think?
