The Vernal Equinox Day is happening around March 20th. It was again established in 1948 only. This holiday is for admiring the nature and for loving the living things.
Marine day (Umi no Hi) comes on a Third Monday of the Month July. Established quite recently in 1995, this day is meant for showing the gratitude for the oceans and to get the blessings from the ocean as well.
The Health and Sports day (Taiiku no hi) is celebrated on Second Monday of October. It was established in 1966. This day is to enjoy the greatest sports and to cultivate the healthier Body and mind.
And what do you know about it?

Greenery Day / May 4 / This national holiday is celebrated as a day to commune with nature and be grateful for its blessings. Originally established in 1989 and held annually on April 29 (the late Shōwa Emperor's birthday), in 2007 Greenery Day was moved to May 4, and April 29 was renamed "Shōwa Day". Greenery Day falls during Golden Week.
