I used to sleep more than 13 hours.... and I can say that the more you sleep the more sleepy you feel during the day...

I can't but agree with it. I'm convinced it's better to sleep less than needed that to oversleep. At least, you'll have more spare time! biggrin

yap - when i get up at 7 every day i realize how much time i have. People usually say - don't sleep to much - u'll miss all your life!

I have an insomnia sometimes, just because i drink coffee much. Everyday i promise not to drink litres of coffee, because i cant sleep well because of it.
I heard something about food that can help you to sleep well, i dont remember all, but bananas will help you to sleep well all night long happy

three things that help me to sleep well:
1) physicall exhaustion
2) illness
3) intoxixation

maybe the thing about food is right, but it has never concerned me. I mean I can drink like 2-3 cups of coffee and sleep quite well)

biggrin the same 'bout me. But some doctors say that this is a very unhealthy way of leaving, just because coffee makes people excited and they tend to have an uneasy sleep. But, of course, everything depends, and what can be right for one person can be absolutely wrong for another one.

If people spent more time sleeping, they would be healthier. Scientists say that we should sleep about eight hours a day. But not every human does it. It really depends on our life-style. Some people need to sleep five hours, other can't sleep less than ten hours.But anyway, our body would be healthier if we had a regime. Our body needs some rest and energy. If we want to be healthy and feel good, we should care about ourselves.

I should say that sometimes is's not necessary to sleep not less than 8 hours a day. The main thing is to sleep equal number of hours every day.
