I don't even know what to do with this drawback.

I'm not sure that it is a drawback...well, for me it is just a useful habit that helps to sort out what you need and what is junk. Some things just make my room and my drawers littery. Sometimes I rely on a certain rule: if I haven't been using this or that thing for a year, then it is high time it was in the rubbish bin. I suppose it is not very interesting to collect garbage. Of course, I'm not insisting, that is just my point of view wink

As for me I collect magnets too. It's very popular, I think. Magnets are useless , but they are so nice smile
And I also collect bells. It can sound funny, but they can be useful. For example, when somebody in my family is ill he/she usually brings a bell. And when this person wants something, he/she can just ring.

i don't like to collect anything... i think it's not so interesting but i can't help buying disks with favorite music, films and games. So, there are plenty of disks in my room, on the table, under the table, on my bed, under my bed and also on the floor biggrin
Often i give my disks to my friends... I have so many of them that now i can't remember what disk i gave to whom... o_O" So, i had to say goodbye many of my disks(
As for hobbies i have many of them. Chess, horse riding, bicycle, playing the guitar, and some extreme sports: BMX and parachuting..

I collect many things. Such as magnets for my fridge. I buy them in different countries. Sometimes my friends presented me with magnets but these magnets occupy other place in my house. Also I have a collection of magazine which is named "YES". I began to collect magazines in 2005. I have many T-shirts from different dancing festivals.

And do you read your magazines over? Or they're just piled up somewhere in the corner of the room? And aren't your family members against this collection?) Maybe, they get in everyone's way or are very dusty..)))
