Men and Women. Who express emotions better? Who is the best in understanding other people's emotions? Are the ways of expressing emotions for men and women the same or not? So, let's find it out.

I think that there are men who can easily understand other people's emotions, and there are women who can do it perfectly as well. But in my opinion there are more women capable of doing it. Maybe it's connected with the women's ability to feel but not to think. Men are more rational than women are, so women are more sensitive.

So, let's find it out.

Frankly speaking, we don't have to find it out. The scientists have already done it. Women are said to be better at understanding emotions, while men are better at expressing them.

OK! Just let's discuss it! Or, maybe we can invite here some scientists to see their opinion...

I guess womwn are more emotional...they express their emotions more vividly...but it doesn't mean that men are not emotional at all....they are just more reserved....they are men.... smile

I suppose it depends on a man and a woman whether they express emotions vividly or not. But as for understanding emotions, I dont think men understand them well. As for me, I dont know any man who understands my emotions and mood all the time.

Guys! Your views sound intriguing and inviting! I feel sorry to disagree with the girls! MEN express emotions better, more definitely, more caringly but they do it more seldom and in a more reserved way. Are women more meotional or more whimsical? cool That's why MEN are again better at understanding emotions than women. But this emotional domain becomes often rather boring for men and we tend to avoid those situations that can cause us to be emotionally dependent and confused. Then when we speak of understanding emotions, which and whose emotions do we mean?

As for me, I think that women more often and more rapidly express their emotions, sometimes lightly. It may be a reflex. But..it is not always clear what they had in mind. And if men express their emotions, it is appropriate and to the point)

But this time you forget to tell us, men, about it. So we become perplexed.

I think that women are better at expressing emotions that they really don't have. We are absolutely happy when we get a seventh soft toy as a gift, we are so hospitable when friends (esp. his friends) visit us in the dead of night, how sincerely we are sorry about computer breakdown and so on...
