A lot of people face a so-called "Emotional baggage''. It's a complex of emotions that weren't expressed. It can be dangerous to keep your emotions for a long time, and everyone should find a suitable way to release their emotions. Personally, I prefer sports. Every time I'm tired and angry after a difficult day, I just go to a horizontal bar and catch up until my stress is gone.  smile

Keeping negative emotions leads stress. If a person doesn't get rid of his or her stress, It will cause such problems as irritability, inattention, downtime, absence of interests to anything and I can continue the list for a long time. There are some techniques for fighting stress, such as yoga, vitamins, talks and even smile. As for me, I also like express my emotions by spending time with my friends in friendly atmosphere. Have you ever faced stress or need for releasing your emotions?
