galya, to my mind, we SHOULD give yoga a chance! Our life is very stressfull and, after all, everyone comes to the point when he flies off the handle. I`m fully convinced yoga is able to come you down if you practice it constantly! sleep

There is an opinion, that people should change their nutrition, if they want to do yoga.First of all, yoga does not approve of meat, because there is not energy in it.It is more difficult for meat-eaters to control themselves. Meat products have a harmful effect on the brain and it makes harder for people to find harmony with themselves. Energy is contained only in plant foods. Moreover, people must refuse from spices and coffee. What do you think about their connection?

DariaEliseeva, it depends on the result you wait for after practicing yoga)) To my mind, it`s worth trying to stop eating meat to look at the world with different eyes! And do you think it will change your attitude to life?)))
