alex_makh, you're not apolitical. First of all, you have your right to vote.

No interest in politics is stil an alarming tendency, I think. On the other hand, why should one be interested in politics? We should study or work. Any job is good. But oftentimes, politics interferes into your lifestyle. This is bad. Another thing - business in our country is so polluted with politics that you start doubting whether to do it or run away from it, to another country for example.

Surprisingly, I think you should all be politically active, just to understand how matters stand and what you can do to gain success and stability, how to overcome stress caused by political controvercies that concern you personally.

No, it's not about doing theory. I mean reading or watching political news in order to be aware of political events, to know names of politicians, to understand political tendencies and phenomena...well, just to be knowledgeable and competent.

And is it really useful? There are so many politicians and tendencies that we can hardly watch them.

Watching or reading - just to know facts. I would recommend reading internet resources. There is more info of different kinds. Watching TV is ok but it is really lopsided.

That's true! Practically all channels give the same information.

I think the aim is not in collecting a number of facts about political sphere of our life, but in ability to analyze what you are watching and listening to.

Exactly, you can analyse and shape your own vision only in case if you know a lot and are aware of different tendencies and happenings.

Teacher, I think that's the problem nowadays. I mean, people want to change something for good, don't want to play the last role in the development of our country, but their ears are closed, in their mind their's only their point of view, and they don't want to accept other possible ways of thinking. So, they don't know the problem objectively, that's why they can't analyze and solve it.

Do you think they are blinded by their new power and possibilities?

If we speak about a situation when people change their social position, become politicians, for example, then yes, they are blinded by their new power and possibilities. They are not blinded, but even change their attitude to things, their view on life. And speaking about common people, they're blinded only because they don't want to see something new etc.

Agree, but it's very difficult for an ordinary person to get used to new living conditions

lovefootball), it depends on the level of changings. For example, people in our city got used to a new price for a passage in public transport very fast. They needed a week, I suppose.
