6-9 hrs of sleep improves quality of life
Getting six to nine hours of sleep a night is associated with higher ratings for quality of life and lower ratings for depression, according to a new study. The results showed that people with 'normal' sleep duration of six to nine hours per night had higher self-reported scores for quality of life and lower scores for depression severity compared to short and long sleepers.
This is true. If I sleep less than 6 hours, I usually feel very apathic. If I sleep for 10 hours (it sometimes happen during weekends) then I simply feel angry. But I am sure there will be some other opinions as well))
