I know that in European countries a pupils can be checked on drugs only after his/her parents' permission.There no one can force a pupil to do this test without it.They consider obligatory tests as an infringement of human's rights.So and I think that this permissions are indispensable as only the parents should choose whether their child should be checked or not.

This innovation does not work because i saw the process of this procedure and i tend to believe that it is very simple to substitute the results. That is why i think that before these tests medical workers should make special conditions for it.

It's a wonderful idea as it saves their time.By the way, I think, it's necessery to show pupils special films about drugs, alcohol and a bad way of life to explain to them that one mustn't try some things at all, that it will harm not only their health but their psychic. Being young they don't understand the real danger that these things will change their life and not for the better. So the lot to make them exemplary citizens fell upon their parents and school too.
