We all like cartoons. Some people like them more, some less, but there is no one who is indifferent to funny characters moving on the screen. Perhaps, as a child, some might even have tried their hand as a cartoon-maker and brought to life images by leafing through a notebook with pictures in the pages. Members of children’s studio Pechka (Stove) in Samara have a wonderful opportunity to make cartoons with their own hands. They embody their fancies with the help of paints and brushes. One of the studio’s works was awarded the main prize at the Russian festival of animated cartoons named Fire Bird. Animation was originally meant for adults. But children’s fantasies turn into a high-quality professional product in the animation studio. Recently, the work of a five-year-old animator from Samara dazzled the jury of the Fire Bird cartoon festival. Gleb Makariev’s cartoon "The sun, the sea and the airplane” was considered the best in the country. The schoolboy displayed a very emotional reaction to his victory. Gleb says that the idea of the cartoon came to him in just five minutes: "I suddenly had an idea and couldn’t tear myself away from it and I just had to put it into life”. And parents are amazed by their children’s unrestricted imagination.
I've watched it!!!! Really nice. So kind, so sincere and at the same time so sensible. I've always thought that if only children had such a chance, they'd solve the majority of the existing problems! Children are creative - that's their main advantage.
