Times the situation worsens year after year. The dropping of surface reaches
200 mm. The area of dropping amounts to 79 square kilometers. The most serious
situation is in Beijing, Tianjin, Hangzhou and Xian.
Wow, but what is it caused by? Again some mystic future cataclysm?) I know the problem itself is far from being amusing but I just can't help looking at it ironically and philosophically because it's discussed almost at every turn... Anyway the main thing is not to panic but act.
