Do we live in a law-governed state - 2
If you remember, my last piece of news was dedicated to the unsanctioned detention of Alexander Bechtold, one of Ryazan leaders of “For Human Rights” movement. I would like to continue highlighting the events concerning this issue. A surprising but annoying report came out yesterday. A. Bechtold was arrested for the second time during the authorized picket launching an appeal to sit out the elections to Ryazan Region Duma. The Web-portal “Our Ryazan” reports that Bechtold is going to address a complaint to the public prosecution’s department. What’ll come of it, I wonder..?
