In the Saturday morning the residents of buidling # 35|11 in the Ostrovskogo str. woke up in the morning and found out that hot water flows from both cold and hot taps.
Representatives of urban services are not going to listen to their compliants, they say that they have no right to leave the buidling without hot water supply. Double hot water is a new thing for Ryazan, and it seems to be a compensation for traditional hot water absence in summer.
Nice, really - but it wasn't so nice for the dwellers. I imagine that in order to wash the face, you need to cool the water, especially when it's summer outdoors (and indoors as well).
