People who take regular exercise during their free time are less likely to have symptoms of depression and anxiety, a study of 40,000 Norwegians has found. But physical activity which is part and parcel of the working day does not have the same effect, it suggests. Researchers said it was probably because there was not the same level of social interaction. They also said that exercise and interaction aids our mental health. So the fact that people get more enjoyment from exercising during their leisure time is a key.
I enjoyed rdeniag your first blog. And I share your feelings. I want to be a proud liberal, but I?m afraid all too often I?ll still judge people who are different to me. I do not hate them, though. I?ve never been violent and can?t see any circumstances that would ever make me harm anyone. I?ll never be an activist, for anything. I guess it?s because I?ve never had it really hard. I?ve had my troubles, but I didn?t suffer the hardship you had when growing up and never felt oppressed. I guess I am tolerant (don?t like the word ? sounds like I?m biting my tongue and clenching my fists and counting to ten. Not so).Keep blogging, I?ll keep rdeniag. Best wishes.
Yes, it's one of our pastimes. I try to do physical exercises regulary. It helps me to feel better and makes my body stronger too. But I think it's not enough just to train at home. I also like doing different sports: for example, go swimming in summer, go skiing in winter and play valleyball. I always do it with pleasure that's why it keeps my bad moods away.
As for me, I do physical exercises regularly. I usually spend an hour a day on intensive training. I prefer to do it at home when nobody sees me. I've worked out a special set of exercises that suits my constitution perfectly and makes my body stronger and slenderer. And as I do it with pleasure my mood improves and my intellectual work productivity increases!
