Today Ryazan Power Plant stopped all the equipment facilities because of the debts from the mediator-company Ryazan Thermal Network. The debates have been going on since the beginning of September and now the situation is getting even worse. The city authorities are now worried about a new mayor and political games connected with it; so nobody seems to take care of hot water in Ryazan. It's their responsibility now actually to provide the city with water, and to pay back at least some of the debts. Though it was said earlier that RTN raised a long-term credit to sink the debts, the situation didn't change. Something strange is happening again, every day news is more sophisticated than the day before.
This is getting on my nerves!!!!!! I've got tired of warmin' up cold water to have hot water!!! Washing the dishes has become the most undesirable activity!! When will something change for the best in this country?!
I guess so. Lately I've read a satiric article in the form of a letter to Yuri Luzhkov. The author invites him to the post of the Ryazan's mayor. He mentions many problems herein and asks him to take proper care of the city)) By the way our city is turning into the worst city in the Central Russia.
