How the world wide web is transforming our lives
The researchers from America examined the popularity of social networks such as Facebook.
How are they changing our relationships? Do they bring us together - or do they end up leaving us more isolated?
Actually the point is that every piece of communication in the Internet may be distracting and overloading for our brains. Certainly this is not something new, because every day we can hear that we become just much more addicted to the Internet communication and can’t imagine our life without it. But isn’t it time to stop it? Well, I don’t know what about you, but I myself definitely am not going to stop using the Internet for communication.

I believe, that the Internet communication is very useful. But real communication is valuable, because you can see your interlocutor`s emotions, gestures, real reactions and a person himself.

Whatever they may say, I'm convinced that if a person is "in friendly terms with his brains and the nervous system", he has nothing to worry about. Using vkontakte or facebook doesn't make you isolated or self-contained. It is just another drug that has evolved into a mass-accepted habit. If there were no social networks, we would have invented something else.

I don't participate in social networks, but I find it usefull, when you need to find your classmate or childhoodfriend. So for me social networks have the right to exist.
