Keeping fit - fitness or... apples?
Apples are rich in vitamins, it's not a secret. But they have one more advantage. Scientists from Iowa have found out that apples turn out to be the best remedy for muscle atrophy! Apple peel contains much ursolic acid that provokes growth of muscle bulk and "burns up" fat. So in order to keep fit - eat more apples! But can it be a real substitution for fitness?
So we've found out a much more pleasant way to remain slim)) I am not so fond of sport. Well, I can jog sometimes or I like swimming but for getting a "result" you need to do things systematically... I can't make myself do that:) So apples can be a good substitution for lazy sportsmen))
