The first interactive map of US nuclear facilities has been unveiled in the Internet. The map was produced from data supplied by the Defense Department and nuclear watchdog groups. Designed by the independent Mother Jones web portal, it shows where the warheads are (in red on the map), where the civilian nuclear power plants can be found (in green) and the location of labs and nuclear weapons plants (in blue). It says there are currently 5,113 warheads placed all over the U.S.
