New Year will come very soon, that is why our local government has already made some attempts to start the preparations. They think that the 2010 year was quite difficult for the citizens so they want to make us happier, at least for the New Year’s vacations. They have already decided how to decorate the city, and also have some ideas about the celebration itself. Anyway, they will have some more meetings to discuss the financial side and also to share some other ideas with each other.
Ha-ha, I hope, they'll make the 2011 year much easier and happier for us) I've heard about that too. It seems to me that the celebration won't differ much from the previous one.
