We all see the litter on the streets, we all complain about dirty squares and parks. So let us make our city cleaner! Last month Oleg Kovalev ordered to eliminate all the dumps. The results are evident. We are not able to stop throwing litter. Every spring we organise cleaning days but just in a few days we see the same dumps. Does anybody still believe that one day we'll have a clean city?
I dont believe that it is possible to make our city clean for ever. people through litter everywhere and they dont care about it. They just dont want to pick it with themselves and they want to stay it somewhere as soon as it possible.
