According to "Forbes" Quatar has become the richest country in the world. The average anual income is 88,222$ per caput. The list of 15 richest countries in the world includes UAE (the 6th place) and the USA and Kiwait (the 15th place). It seems strange that Saudi Arabia hasn't got in the top-list being the major oil exporter in the world.
