Ryazan Welcomes a Championship of Hairdressers
The open hairdressing championship will be held in Ryazan on the 29th of November, RZN info reports. The region government order that the competition be put through was officially published on Wednesday, November 23. Oleg Bulekov, the minister of economic development and trade will be in charge of the executive group of the contest. The organizational committee includes the president of Ryazan regional union of hairdressers and cosmetologists Vladimir Sharapov. The regional budget allots 700,000 rubles for the financing of the event.
One thing that I am sure I like is that beauty contests make our life envigorating and unusual. I don't know whether 700,000 could have been alotted to other needs or not, but I would like to go to the show. yet, I feel a little bit angry about the fact what the hell Oleg Bulekov is doing there
