Yes, he deserves. I'm sorry for being rude. I hope he and his intellect will be perfectly all right. But to tell the truth, the problem of nervous children is a serious one.
Yes, I also think that the exam itself couldn't be the main reason for such a "deed". There must be some other problems, but not his ""poor intellect"" or something. Though sometimes children can't cope even with the exam stress.
I don't think he wanted to get away from his poor intellect. Well, of course suicide is never a way out, but still we shouldn't think that he was a complete idiot. Some people can cope with difficult situations, others - can't. I myself would never jump out of the window or broach a vein or something else because of a poor mark, but this doesn't give me the right to judge that boy.
