The war in Iraq began in 2003. According to Iraq Body Count, the number of victims is 162 thousand people (December, 2011). About 79% of dead people are civilians. American army and allies are blamed for the death of 14705 civilians. And as for the US Army losses, the number is 4484. It is said that the data is  approximate.
