Talking slanderously about the judge while being in a court can entail serious consequences particularly, criminal penalty. Dmitry Medvedev decided to introduce certain ammendments into the law, so that the sanction will only be administrativ. Duma does not support this idea that much but the President's arguments for "changing" the law in this way are quite weighty that is why the ammendments will be accepted very soon. |
