It's not necessary to suggest anybody else instead of these women. I didn't mean it. I just think that it would be better to divide this list into some sections according to the spheres of activity these nice ladies belong to smile

I've looked through the list. One thing strikes me - why are there so many powerful women from the United States? Is it becasue the USA is really the only country of best opportunities for best initiatives? or Is it because there is a certain stereotype that what is made in the USA is the best?

I think it's a stereotype. And, of course, the unwillingness to spoil the relationships with the USA.

I think the reason is that the Americans were making up this list themselves. And they are more familiar with their national celebrities.

Where is our first lady? Where is the name of Mrs Baturina, Luzhkov's wife? She definitely has most money of all and her buying capacity exceeds all of these mentioned together. cool

I don't think that Mrs. Obama takes the first place, because she is too powerful. In this case Frau Merkel is more powerful.
