Since 18th February a popular Russian BitTorrent-tracker isn't available. The delegation of the domain was suspended by "RU-Center” company. The reason for it is so-called "infringement of copyright”. Now at the front page of Torrents.ru you can see the "Letter to users” that explains why the site is unavailable and gives some more info. It also says that temporarily their domain name is substituted for rutracker.org.
Some say, this happened because of the illegal uploading of e-books. Violent and merciless authorities! The tracker is the most legal in the whole runet...
