Total Transparency of the Election – Possible or Not?
On the day of the President election one can watch web-broadcast from the polling stations. This service will be available in the places of collective access at all post offices of the country. The administration of the Russian Post Service has come up with the decision to open the places of collective access from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. on the 4th of March though it is a day-off for the working population. You can have an access to the Internet for a fee equal to that of ordinary days. The purpose of such an innovation is to ensure the clarity of the election which is Mr. Putin’s suggestion.
