Twin brothers become fathers on same day, in same birthing pool As twins they shared all the major milestones of growing up, but twins Jeromme and Jarrell Spence never expected to share the experience of fatherhood in quite the way they did. Twins from Wolverhampton have defied odds of 150,000 to 1 to become fathers to baby boys on the same day. Jeromme and his partner Tegan Compton were the first to experience parenthood when they welcomed baby Cameron into the world at 2.04am on Monday morning. Jarrell and his partner Francesca Ashe followed suit just two and a half hours later when baby Cassen arrived at 4.34am.But it wasn’t enough for the twins’ babies to be born on the same day - they were also born in the same hospital, in the same birthing pool, under the watchful eye of the same midwife. The brothers, 21, knew their partners were both having a baby boy, and both had the same due date of November 26, but they didn't believe their new bundles of joy would ever arrive on the same day. Jeromme, who works in a sports shop, said: "Tegan and me came in first and little Cameron was born just a few hours later. Then the pool was washed and cleaned, and we handed over to Jarrell and Francesca!" Midwife Barbara Kapoor said: "I have never ever heard of this happening before. It is amazing!"
