Today starts Wave-Gotik-Treffen (WGT) - the world biggest festifal of Gothic music and art. It takes place in Leipzig every year, but the exact date varies depending on Catholic and Lutheran Pentacost. The festival lasts for 3 days. Goths from the whole world come here to listen to Gothic music and to participate Gothic events. It's said that about 30000 people visit this festival every year.
Ho-ho! An eerie festival, it seems. No doubt everyone has a right to express their identity and follow any subculture they'd like but I don't share Gothic views on life. And I think that the only outcome of the festivity will be heaps of rubbish and rummage.
