NetApplications has presented its final report for 2011. According to its data Windows XP is still the single most-present operating system. It's a reminder that XP was introduced in August, 2001. So 10 years passed, but it still possesses 46,5% share of global Web traffic.
It's also said that the year 2011 wasn't good for Vista.
Vista was really a so-to-say dubious project, XP is much better. I used Windows 95,98, Millenium, XP, Vista and now I have Windows 7 and I am completely satisfied with it. I am firmly convinced that Windows 7 is the best OS, the only problem is that you should pay for it)
I have Windows XP as well and I'm pretty happy with it. Though I wouldn't be against installing Windows 7, I will not pay for it. So, I mean that if I buy a laptop with Windows 7 already installed - then I'll use it. But as I've said, I'm completely satisfied with XP.
Agree with you. Xp was the first system I got acquainted. I've been using it for 4 or 5 years I believe. But now I also have Windows 7. I should say it's handier than XP and easier on the eye.
