Alex, July: interviewer
Max: the businessman Alex: So, today, we’re having an interview with a man, who would like to start his own business, he’s a beginner in this sphere. So, hello, Max! Max: Good morning, yes, you’re right; I’m going to open a small hotel. Alex: Why have you chosen this kind of business? What goods and services are the most potentially actual today? Max: Well, I should say that I’ve always wanted to be involved in this sphere, and among my major aims there is a desire to develop the industry and to bring something new in it. The need in accommodation for tourists always existed, so I think there will be no problems with inviting customers. Good service and reputation is what leads to success here. July: Are you ready to be responsible not only for yourself, but for a whole company as well? Max: Yes, of course. Any businessman is firstly responsible for his project and for what he does, and only secondly for his own personal aims, like earning money and enriching the capital. So, I hope I’ll cope with it. Alex: Do you possess the necessary values and personal characteristics to manage other people? Max: Well, yes, I’ve got higher education in management and I have a solid experience I it. I know how to manage people effectively in order not to fail in this venture. My advice to anyone who would like to start his business – be confident in what you’re doing. Alex: And are you psychologically ready to soak yourself in serious and risky financial games? Max: Now I can’t say anything for sure, because I’m just starting my business. The time will show how successful I’m in it. Well, certain stresses and hardships are inevitable, but I have some inner forces to struggle with them. July: So, the last question for you. Is your seedcorn capital enough for creating a solid and prosperous business? Max: Just to start with, I have enough money. I’m going to launch a large business project, it’s just a small hotel, but sometime after I think my business will enlarge. Its prosperity depends only on me actually, but not on the starting capital. Alex: Ok, thank you, Max for your answer. It was Max, a beginning businessman. Stay online! Max: Thank you, goodbye.
