Reasons for Emotional Abuse

There are no justified reasons for emotional abuse. Unfortunately, such kind of violence is natural for human beings. The cause of this behavior is our inner aggression. Very often people try to avoid emotional abuse, but there are also moments when it exists. And at such moments we can speak about two types of people. Some of them allow emotional abuse, while others suffer from it.

There can be thousands of reasons for emotional abuse. Problems in childhood, maybe even physical or emotional abuse by parents; wrong nurture; social groups where such behavior is natural. As I've said, the main reason for emotional abuse is we ourselves, because some people behave in such a way, while others allow them to do it.

Emotional abuse is a kind of humiliation. And this humiliation is a sign of the survival instinct. Natural selection makes people do everything to survive, even if we don't speak about the annihilation of others. So the emotional abuse is a sign of the fact that Humanity can't forget its animal nature. We should remember that we are very close to the wild world, but we must behave like human beings.

i think every person should take care about himself. The most important thing is psyche. People should controle their emotions and avoid vexing situations. The victim of emotional abuse usually has low self-evaluation and they need a protector. Such people must learn to respect themselves and belive in their powers. A person is strong since his born. And to live in harmony with the world he must be in harmony with himself.
