Strategies to avoid emotional pressure
Emotional pressure is the issue of current interest, because the poor conditions of life, social instability and all the other problems of modern world, our government, relationships with our close people are reflected in our emotional state, this is the causes of our emotional instability that leads to emotional pressure.
But the ways of prevention and elimination of emotional pressure are required to know to avoid health problems and irreversible changes in mental and physical condition.
Everyone should have his own strategy to fight with own emotions, I've singled out three simple rules:
1) It is necessary to learn how to release tension in your own way. For example it can be yoga, listening to music, physical exercises.
2) To give the rest to your nervous system. Here the main stipulation is the proper sleeping (even daily sleeping), because your work can't be productive in the absence of a good rest.
3) You should displace negative emotions and replace them with positive. it requires the long-term training, but then we will have a useful effect.
