Types of Students (By Luck)

Typical students… Who are they and how do they look? In the streets, in parks, cafes, on discos, everywhere you can see young people standing together and talking about something with great interest. What are they talking about? They are talking about studying, music, clothes and about money. But despite different problems they are never sad. Students become friends very fast and forever. Perhaps later when they meet they’ll talk about how they are glad to see each other, how they were missing and call each other, though they studied in different groups and saw each other only during the entrance exams. But this will be then, in the future. And now there are some different types of students.

One part does nothing but study. Others have time for studying and for things they love to do. Someone likes going in for sport, some students are fond of playing computer games, others like singing or dancing and so on. And there are some students who don’t want to study and want to graduate the university with good and excellent marks. Or, for example, there are also students who don’t care about their marks at all. They just do what they like, go to university or college just to talk to their group mates and friends, to discuss something and so, to spend their day somehow or in other words to busy themselves somehow. All students are very different.

As you see there are lots of types of students, and I guess everybody can decide to which type they want to attribute themselves.

To my mind, everything depends on people's own character. For example, if a student wants, he/she will combain his/her study with activities or hobbies. I know a girl who is just crazy about her study. It's not because she wants to be very clever, she is just afraid of being stupid against the background students and she thinks that this swotting up will help her. But is it a good decision? I think it isn't because every person must study only for herself/himself. So in my opinion the best type of student is a student who studies only for himself but at the same time who does it within reasonable limits.

I think these types can also be applied to one's character. They show not only interests and attitude to studies but to duties in general. And moreover they reflect one's ability and wish to plan time.
