Putin: "We won't fulfill our obligations until full WTO accession".
Premier-minister of RF Vladimir Putin gave a direct instruction not to fulfill the obligations, which were adopted during the duscussion of Russa's accession into the WTO. "I told you a thousand times not to fulfill these obligations until we are in the WTO fully legitimatly"- he told, appealing to the assistant of the economic minister development Andrey Klepach. According to the government's head, there is no sense for them to access us into the WTO. "As soon as we begin to fulfill our obligations in the frames of the WTO being no members of it, they would lose the desire to take us in. Why should they access us if we fulfill everything as it is."
