The veterans will be able to renovate their flats
The governor of Ryazan region Oleg Kovalyov subscribed the order according to which the veterans will be supported with some money from the standby budget, so that they will be able to do some renovation work in their flats and houses. 6,670,000 rubles will be given to those people who are in the list now, so 98 veterans and widows will get the money, though it has not been reported how much money each person will get. But according to the named sum, the veterans will get quite a lot. Though will be so in practice?
The fact is that besides veterans there're common pensioners. And they also need money. Besides this we are too far from the necessary level of respecting them.
I don't know how much money veterans and widows will get but I'm sure they'll get most of the named sum. Nowadays our government attends to veterans' needs a lot: they are exempt from some taxes, they get free medicine, raised pensions, they have already got free flats. So in my opinion veterans will get some money this time too. All the more there will be elections next year and this will be a good action for electioneering.
