I do believe that people and animals can communicate with each other. But I'm not sure I was so successful while trying to "communicate" with that pelican. What I can say, I tried to make it look at the camera...
I find this picture very funny I think that this pelican doesn't want to "communicate" with people anymore because a lot of people have already touched him, like Tanya. So that is why the pelican is so angry and unfriendly.
