In this particular place the stream is separated by a long island which is flooded in spring. The houses close to the river are also often damaged and kitchen-gardens are covered with water. However, people do not leave their homes.

The picture was taken a couple of weeks ago when I went to visit my grandmother. Actually, no matter how many times I've already seen this view, for me it is still stunning.
