This city is in Kazakhstan. The city is more than 3000 km away. It is almost on the southern border of Russia. And, yes. This is a fast-developing city, but I was there in the 2003 last time and don't know what it looks like now.

I was busy in school one summer. I danced waltz on a competition next summer. On the next summer my family have no money for ticket.
