I think that if speak only about inflation in Russia we can't control/avoid/eradicate it. Even if our economic sysem will be improved and balanced, Russian economy we always be connected with and influenced by the economic situations in other contries and Global Economic System. I think that the problem of inflation should be solved together with other countries.

And in my opinion when we hear on TV "your salary will be 10% higher", then we should regard these words as a warning (inflation-time)

yes, I have exactly the same point of view. Every time Mass Media are shouting that the wages will be increased I feel ill at ease because I understand that inflation (high inflation, by the way) is on its way!
And that's not about my pessimistic view on life. that's about my life experience.
